Our online help section is updated regularly with helpful new content and guides on how to work with new product features. Access to online help comes with every software purchase at no cost. Use our 14/7 (8am - 10pm AEST) support chat, accessible via online help to get an instant response to your query from our online support team. Chat support is free. Telephone support Our support desk is staffed by highly-trained technicians with oversight by the Real Evolution development team. Our telephone support desk can provide assistance over the phone or securely access your system remotely to resolve support issues as they arise. Telephone support may attract charges at notified rates*. Next business-day onsite support facility For the really complex issues, we provide a next-day onsite support facility. Onsite support will attract service charges at notified rates*. You will not be charged for support given online or via telephone if support is required to remedy an intrinsic development defect in a Real Evolution product during your subscription period.
